  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay  and PhonePe
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

Plantria is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment services.

6. Orders and Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Plantria reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or suspected fraud

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • Live plants require immediate unpacking after delivery

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only for eligible cases such as wrong, damaged, or broken items
  • An unboxing video is mandatory
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refund or replacement requests are subject to verification
