  • Confirmation details are shared via email or registered contact details
  • Plantria reserves the right to verify orders before processing

3. Payment Methods

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PhonePe
  • We do not store payment card or banking information
  • Failed or incomplete payments will not result in order confirmation

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails:

  • The order will not be confirmed
  • Any deducted amount (if applicable) is subject to bank or gateway reversal timelines
  • Customers are advised to check with their bank or payment provider

5. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping only
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after order placement

6. Order Cancellation by Plantria

Plantria reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

7. Cancellation After Shipping
