- An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
- Confirmation details are shared via email or registered contact details
- Plantria reserves the right to verify orders before processing
3. Payment Methods
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PhonePe
- We do not store payment card or banking information
- Failed or incomplete payments will not result in order confirmation
4. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails:
- The order will not be confirmed
- Any deducted amount (if applicable) is subject to bank or gateway reversal timelines
- Customers are advised to check with their bank or payment provider
5. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders may be cancelled before shipping only
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after order placement
6. Order Cancellation by Plantria
Plantria reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
