- Despite careful packaging, plants may experience mild stress during shipping, which is natural and temporary

- Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on location
- Remote or non-metro areas may require additional time

- Plantria is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
6. Delivery Attempts and Delays

- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply
