At Plantria, we aim to deliver healthy plants and quality gardening products. Since live plants are delicate and time-sensitive, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting product integrity.
By placing an order on plantria.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged or broken condition
- Live plants received in severely damaged condition due to transit
Natural variation in plants, minor leaf damage, or stress caused by weather or transit is not considered damage.
2. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any return or refund request:
- An unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
- Photos alone may not be sufficient
- Claims without proper proof may be rejected
This helps us verify transit-related issues and prevent misuse.
3. Reporting Timeline (Important)
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted
- Customers must contact our customer care team immediately
Delayed reporting may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Return & Refund Time Frame
- Eligible requests must be raised within 7–10 days from the date of delivery
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Healthy live plants delivered correctly
- Products damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned without approval
- Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned at purchase)
6. Replacement Policy
If approved, we may offer:
- We do not accept returns.
- Eligible orders will only be exchanged or replaced.
- Replacement of the same product will be provided if approved.
- If the original product is unavailable, a similar product may be offered.
- Approved replacement and exchange will be delivered within 7 days of confirmation.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued at Plantria’s discretion.
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on product availability.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed via Razorpay and PhonePe
- Amounts are credited to the original payment source
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days
Plantria is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment partners.
8. Cancellation After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct delivery details
- Being available to receive the package
- Recording the unboxing video
Plantria will not be liable for loss or damage due to incorrect information or delayed unpacking.
